MULTIPLE HYDRAULIC OIL FILTRATION
Equipped with oil suction filter, outlet high-pressure filter, bypass filter, core-pulling oil return filter, injection servo filter, etc., it can greatly improve the protection of hydraulic oil cleanliness and ensure the reliable work and service life of hydraulic components.
MOLD OPENING AND CLOSING CONTROL
The large flow proportional valve is used to control mold opening and closing, making the mold opening and closing reaction faster and the position more accurate. At the same time, the clamping hydraulic safety valve is configured, making the clamping safety protection more reliable.
With optimized layout and cycle instruction in the SIGMATEK control system, the signal processing speed has improved, which can be seamlessly connected with the peripheral automation equipment. More user-friendly interface, makes it more convenient for the user.

The new design of the injection unit is more compact: A reduction of single components bring more stability and dynamics in the injection movement. The high speed injection unit 210h reaches maximum injection speed to 500 mm/s. The hydraulic carriage provides high pressure for mold contact with more speed. The nozzle touch pressure and moving speed can be adjusted on the control unit with a two-steps-setting.
The redesigned 5-point-toggle-system increases the platen intensity, reduces platen inertia and joint stress. The optimized mechanical structure provides more efficiency and a quiet machine operation. The design stands for opimized speed curve and reduced dry clycle times.
Sliders for moving platen support heavy mold weight and reduce the coefficient of friction. The platen moves smoother and can be replaced and maintained very easy.
